Amazing, professional, punctual, communicative, thorough, honest, kind and compassionate are just a few character traits I experienced from the first phone call to the last phone call (3 total) when my beauty of a truck arrived ahead of schedule to surprise me! I recently used A and A Car Transport and it was an easy and smooth experience! They were recommended to me by a dealer and after checking around I found them to be very competitive on price and super responsive. ******* got me a quote on the spot and got me confirmed with a truck and driver within a day or two. He was always available to answer questions and and keep me up to date on the progress from pick up to delivery. Since this was my first experience transporting a car, he made it easy and helped calm my nerves. The experience was flawless and I highly recommend them!

I was quite pleased with the customer service provided by ******************************* and the timely response in following up to transporting my vehicle. I signed the contract on a Friday and by Tuesday the car arrived from a distant of appr ************************************************************************* offloading my vehicle. Overall I give A and A Car Transport a top rating and in fact have just recommended them to another customer and close friend. This action reflects how I feel about the company.

I have used AA Transport over the past 2 years to haul several cars and SUVs with great success. *************************** has been excellent at communicating at every step along the way from pricing, to pick -up and final delivery. They have always been competitively priced and fair. If you need a vehicle transported anywhere that is fully insured at a fair price you need to call AA TRANSPORT. I work with *******- he makes it easy.

Ive shipped several cars with A and A and have been very happy with the representative ***************************. They shipped two cars to Europe and several cars all over ***************** mainly from selling on eBay.Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend A+++. No issues, their trucks will meet at my front door or local in a mall if their vehicle is too large to get into my neighborhood.Thank you and keep up the great service!

******* did a great job in communicating when my car was to be pick up and delivered. I was also given the drivers number so I could call and see where the vehicle was at. The price was very competitive and I would highly recommend A and A car transport.

A and A transport did an awesome job! Everything was upfront and very transparent as to the agreement and costs, I was very happy with the attention to detail ***** was on the phone and answering my questions and working with the dispatcher and driver. I was given a two day window for the pick up of my vehicle and they worked to get it picked ** in that window. The driver communicated well with me as to the progress of the delivery and when he would arrive at the destination. ...............

Car was to be picked up on Wednesday, but weather proved a factor so wasnt till Saturday. ******* was great on keeping me up on new pickup day. Driver called when he loaded the car and said early Monday afternoon delivery. Called when half hour away at 12:30 PM MONDAY Driver was ***** and did a great job. Delivered right to my front door. Price was great also for a enclosed trailer.

I have used A&A Transport many times & have been completely satisfied. They are very dependable & provide all information necessary to track progress of all shipments. I have always been able to reach someone (including drivers) with questions or concerns. *************************** is a man of his word and has been our contact person from pickup to delivery. A & A Car Transport shipped my car from Eastern Long Island, ** to **********, *****. *************************** assisted me throughout the transport. The car was picked up at the door on an 18 ******* and delivered on time to my daughter's home. Transport was on Tuesday evening at 7 pm and delivered on Sat. am at 8:30 a.m. No damage to the car. ******* was excellent to deal with. The driver was professional and very nice. I had read prior reviews in selecting a transporter and was pleased with the reviews listed. I would use this transporter again when I eventually move to *****.
